L100 Cross crawlerclick to see more

The Rausch L100 cross has an application range from 100mm to 500mm pipe diameter. This mini crawler does not sacrifice function for its small size, and like the L135, it is a steerable tractor. With the manually adjustable lift and a selection of different wheel configurations, the KS60D camera can be positioned to the centre of the pipe.

Key Features:

l100

  • Three driven axles
  • Extremely low centre of gravity due to unique tilted wheel design
  • Manual and automated steering
  • Tiltable screw-on adapter for the KS60D camera, no exposed cables
  • Mechanical height adjustment
  • Direct additional Power-LED Light Attachment for diameters larger than 150mm – no exposed cables
  • Cascading of up to three (3) lighting modules
  • Small cardanic connector with integrated pull sensor to prevent running over cable.
  • Available in EX

The Rausch KS60D is a digital camera with pan, tilt and zoom function as well as integrated lasers for measurement. This camera can be used in conjunction with the L100 Cross crawler, L135 crawler (with adapter), Delta Pushrod, M 135 Satellite system and M-series Jetting system

ks60

This steerable crawler is the main base for all combinations of the M-series. Application from 135 mm and using the various accessories usable up to 3000 mm are possible. For larger diameter pipes, the camera is centered by a mechanical height adjustment. Different sets of wheels were used for the application in different pipe diameters and pipe materials. Quick-attach connections for the cameras and other equipment in the M-Series range as well as the incredibly fast wheel attaching method ensures that the user will maximise their production.

Key Features

  • Application Range: 135mm to 3000mm diameter
  • Joystick controlled electric lift
  • Two powerful motors for steerable 4-wheel drive
  • Automated steering with an anti-rollover feature
  • Variable speed, joystick controlled
  • Measures inclination
  • Automated & sensor-controlled synchronization to main cable reel
  • Extremely quick set-up time for various pipe sizes
  • Cardanic military style heavy-duty connector to main cable
  • Mechanical ‘quick-lock’ connector to all cameras and modules – no exposed wires or contacts
  • Nitrogen-Pressurized for leak protection with sensor-leak detection
  • Stackable tires can be placed over currently equipped tires for faster set up
  • Optional: integrated locater transmitter (33kHz or 512Hz)
  • Optional: integrated Rear View Camera
  • Optional: additional weights

ks123scan

The KS 135Scan has the same features as the KS135 but also has lasers integrated in the camera head. These lasers can be used to take measurements of a particular piece of pipe during a survey but can also be used to scan the entire pipe section and produce a 2D and 3D model of the pipe. Because the user can carry out a conventional CCTV inspection when entering the pipe and carry out laser scan inspection when reversing out of the pipe the operator can keep up a high level of production as there they only need to enter the pipe once to carry out the 2 separate inspections.

How it works:

The Rausch Laser Profiler features two laser diodes integrated in the camera head. When these laser diodes project laser dots onto the inner pipe wall, the camera head rotates to measure the diameter and all changes thereof via triangulation calculations. Working in conjunction with the software, the comprehensive scan generates easy to use reports to profile of the pipe.

Detailed:

On the way into the pipe, the system is used to perform conventional TV-inspection, as well as measuring all joint widths. In addition, individual laser measurements can be taken at any time to determine the actual pipe diameter and deflection. These diameter and deflection measurements then become a part of the inspection report.
On the way out of the pipe, the system performs a laser scan of the entire pipe length. The camera head swivels perpendicular to the pipe wall and rotates at a defined speed. Via triangulation the Scan software continuously calculates the precise pipe diameter and all deflections. Once the run is completed, the software instantly generates graphs in 2- and 3-D, showing any deflection as well as the average pipe diameter
